Licensing, Re registration, AMC and Service policy for DCS Infoway.

Your

Software registration is linked to your MAC ID, CPU (Processor) and

MBD (Mother Board) serial numbers to avoid manipulation and piracy.

You Can avail free re-registration through our Dealer, Customer care or online.

Customer Care Support, but if all three devices are changed, as per our Policy, then user shifting to another device may use your phone number or email ID for verification.

For onsite service. Service charge is applicable.

All customers are recommended to avail (AMC) Annual Maintenance

All New Releases will be Charged and can be availed through the dealer, customer care or by online Links and Payments.

Contact from your nearest dealer or Contact Customer Care to get extended unlimited Online Support for your registration.

All Re-registration and Online Support Services will be chargeable for the customers who do not come under AMC.

All Software Products comes with default 90 days Online AMC and Free updates up to 1 Year.
